Refund Policy
Our fair and transparent approach to refunds for educational program enrollment.
At Tivronex, we want participants to feel confident enrolling in our programs. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our process for handling refund requests in a fair and transparent manner.
If you have questions about our refund policy before enrolling, please contact us at [email protected]. We'd rather answer your questions first than process a refund later.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to fees paid for Tivronex educational programs. It does not apply to any third-party services, platforms, or tools that you may independently choose to use as a result of participating in our programs.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund — 7 Business Days Before Program Start
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 business days before the scheduled program start date. To request a cancellation and refund, contact us at [email protected] with your name, enrollment details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Partial Refund — Within the First Two Sessions
If you have attended one or two sessions of a program and find that it is not the right fit for you, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of sessions completed relative to the full program. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis with fairness as our guiding principle.
No Refund After Significant Program Participation
Once a participant has attended more than two sessions or has accessed the majority of program materials, refunds are generally not available. This is because significant program value has been delivered at that point. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us to explain your situation. We will consider requests thoughtfully.
3. Program Cancellation by Tivronex
In the event that Tivronex must cancel a scheduled program session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Notify enrolled participants as soon as possible
- Reschedule the session at a time mutually agreeable to participants where possible
- Offer a proportional refund if rescheduling is not possible or not suitable for the participant
If Tivronex must cancel an entire program before it begins, enrolled participants will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not refundable:
- Enrollment fees after the refund eligibility window described above
- Fees paid for program materials or resources already provided
- Any third-party service fees associated with payment processing
5. Important Notice: Educational Outcomes
Refund eligibility is not contingent on learning outcomes. We do not issue refunds on the basis that a participant did not achieve a specific skill level, did not find employment, or did not realize any particular benefit from participation. Our programs are educational services — as with any form of education, the outcome depends significantly on the individual's effort, circumstances, and application of what they've learned. Our obligation is to deliver the program as described.
